Here are the toolbars for Excel 2016 for Mac: The top of an Excel worksheet contains several toolbars, and each toolbar contains its own set of tools. In Excel, each spreadsheet page is called a “worksheet,” and a file containing one or more worksheets is called a “workbook.” By default, worksheets have the name “Sheet1,” “Sheet2,” etc., but it’s a good idea to rename your worksheets to reflect the data they contain.
